FY11 was a toughie for the comms integrator, with sales suffering a double-digit decline and profit declining by two thirds. The Horsham-based firm saw its top line fall by 15.4 per cent while operating income dropped £2.7m to just £795,000. In summer 2012 UK managing director Paul Butcher announced he was departing the company after four years. He was replaced by deputy MD Simon Payne.
