Has 2012 been a good, bad or ugly year? It has been ugly – but only because I have appeared in so many of our corporate promotional videos.

What would you have as your last meal? Dodo omelette and unicorn steak.

What keeps you awake at night? My FD’s wife’s snoring.

What piece of technology could you not be without? My excellent value-for-money and ultra-reliable Xerox MFD – everyone should have one (I can help out there).

What is the best partner/customer trip you have ever been on? Anything with my UK BTG boss Neil Murphy. I love and respect him so much.
