If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be? Ali in Turkey who rented motor boats and provided water skiing, banana boats and so on for us every day for two weeks on holiday. It would be nice to lighten the load once in a while.
What will next year's most overhyped industry buzzword be? Big data.
Has 2012 been a good, bad or ugly year? It has been interesting - we have been busy redeploying resources so de-investing and investing organically and through M&A in parallel.
What would you have as your last meal? Something simple like a nice fillet steak.
What keeps you awake at night? Foxes.
What piece of technology could you not be without? My sat nav.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? No but I predict they will next year.
What is the best partner/customer trip you have ever been on? The British Grand Prix and the World Cup final in same day.
What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2013? Defining at which level of the channel the right services (including the cloud) are best delivered and billed.
