If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be? My wife. Then I can see if I am really as annoying as she tells me I am.
What will next year's most overhyped industry buzzword be? Elasticity.
Has 2012 been a good, bad or ugly year? Good because I now work within the channel and appreciate the opportunity available for all parties.
What would you have as your last meal? Jack Daniels and Coke - a very very large one.
What keeps you awake at night? Sciatica.
What piece of technology could you not be without? My iPad.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? Yes, my kids didn't pay me the money they owed me. We've also seen partners evolve even further by becoming more specialised in areas of expertise and focus more on selling solutions that solve business challenges.
What is the best partner/customer trip you have ever been on? A Jonathan Palmer sports day.
What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2013? Partners having to completely shift their product mind-set from just selling products to solutions.
