Career so far ANS is 16 years old; are there other careers?

If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be? I would like to be Formula 1 driver Fernando Alonso, and travel the world driving a Ferrari – perfect.

What will next year’s most overhyped industry buzzword be? Big data. Everyone’s got a different take on it.

Has 2012 been a good, bad or ugly year? Record turnover, record profit, record deals – what do you think?

What would you have as your last meal? I have turned over a new leaf. I would give up my rib-eye for a chicken caeser salad. Honest!

What keeps you awake at night? Absolutely nothing. A better question is what gets me up in the morning – answer: seeing people succeed at ANS.

What piece of technology could you not be without? Spotify. Any song, any time at my fingertips.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? Yes, the market is ready for cloud.

What is the best partner/customer trip you have ever been on? Actually nothing compares to the ANS annual staff trip, on a catamaran in Puerto Banus. It was rocking.

What do you see as the channel’s biggest challenge in 2013? Moving from Capex-based solutions to Opex-based solutions.
