What will next year’s most overhyped industry buzzword be? Big data and services.

Has 2012 been a good, bad or ugly year? A good year for services in general and XOR in particular. It has demonstrated yet again – change persists.

What would you have as your last meal? A nice lamb biryani. Have you had that before?

What keeps you awake at night? My responsibilities as a son, father and husband. Not necessarily in that order

What piece of technology could you not be without? My iPhone.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? Big changes to the way services are delivered and consumed.

What is the best partner/customer trip you have ever been on? The Microsoft World Partner conference, Toronto. It was great to see so many enthusiastic partners.

What do you see as the channel’s biggest challenge in 2013? Adopting services, leading and winning with services.
