The wider IT industry is in a period of unprecedented change and 2012 has seen an acceleration in mobile and private cloud that has probably caught out many within the industry.
What keeps you awake at night? How to change our business faster.
What piece of technology could you not be without? Home broadband.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? Mostly, although I had hoped that there would be a wider assortment of tablet PC's that were successful.
What is the best partner/customer trip you have ever been on? A HP worldwide event last year - there were really meaningful business discussions with senior execs where meaningful actions followed quickly.
What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2013? The IT channel is so diverse and filled with some really fabulous companies.
