Career so far
I have been managing director of Equanet, group sales director at PCWB, chief executive of Bending Light, commercial director in Computacenter's CCU, and now managing director of Servium.
What was your first job and were you any good at it?
I trained as an officer in the Royal Marines and yes I was good, until a back injury befell me. Who was your top teenage pin-up? Kim Wilde.

I'm a secret lemonade drinker!
What is your favourite snack?
Cafe Noir coffee biscuits.
What has been your career high point to date?
Being instrumental in the creation and growth of Servium.
Has 2013 been good, bad or ugly?
It has been a good year as Servium grew, England retained the Ashes, Andy Murray won Wimbledon and we are in the World Cup finals.
What do you say when asked at a party what you do for a living?
"Don't you know who I am? I was CRN Channel Personality of the Year 2010!"

In the military, police or the prime minister. What will be the channel's biggest challenge in 2014? Convincing customers that, after the recent downturn, investing in technology is a positive step forward in the success of their organisations.
