I have worked for HP, Morse and Symantec.

What was your first job and were you any good at it?

Sales admin and contract management. I think you'd have to ask the team I worked with to find out if I was any good.

Who was your top teenage pin-up?

Kim Wilde.

My colleagues won't know this about me but... I am a bit of a history boffin.

What is your favourite snack?

Almonds.

What has been your career high point to date?

Being part of the Morse leadership team which was recognised for PLC Turnaround of the Year.

Has 2013 been good, bad or ugly?

It's been a good year, focused on driving positive change and transformation.

What do you say when asked at a party what you do for a living?

I build and manage partnerships that deliver value.

If I wasn't working in the channel I would probably be... an entrepreneur.

What will be the channel's biggest challenge in 2014?

Transformation for Growth - there needs to be a focus on identifying new partners who will transforming the channel, while also ensuring that existing partners are better supported to enable them to transform and meet the needs of today's customer. Finally, making the right bets to drive growth will be vital in 2014.
