Ann Keefe

Regional director, UK&I, Kingston Technology

What was the worst job you have ever had?

Trying to think of intelligent and witty answers to this questionnaire.

Which actor would you pick to play you in a movie of your life?

Cherie Lunghi - apparently we look alike (except that she is slimmer and more glamorous).

What do you do as your party trick?

You'll have to invite me to a party to find that out.

What is your favourite chocolate bar?

I don't eat chocolate apart from in an emergency in which case any chocolate will do.

What has been the highlight of your career to date?

Joining Kingston Technology and enjoying an enduring and successful career.

Has 2014 been a good, bad or ugly year?

Very good - we've seen amazing growth and revenues this year and we couldn't have achieved this success without our loyal channel partners.

How would you explain the IT channel to a stranger without boring them to death?

I can't even begin to think of an answer to this question.

Aside from the channel, my dream career would be... an international club DJ... or if not, I would love to be Fearne Cotton - getting paid to go to all those music festivals and meeting loads of my favourite music icons.

What major issues will the channel face in 2015?

2015 will be more about opportunity than issues - for Kingston Technology and our channel partners there will continue to be growth opportunities around the gaming/enthusiast sector, datacentre, cloud, security and Windows Server 2003. There will be opportunities in all sectors from enterprise to B2C for us to continue to grow together with the channel.
