What was the worst job you have ever had?
They have all been good. Not having a job is the thing to be worried about.
Which actor would you pick to play you in a movie of your life?
Charles Bronson. I used to have one of those droopy moustaches and Bronson was one of my nicknames.

I sing my own version of the Banana Boat song.

Snickers.
What has been the highlight of your career to date?
Getting considered for the A-List.
Has 2014 been a good, bad or ugly year?
It has been an excellent year. We continue to develop our offerings in the HPC, Big Data and analytics market and customers seem to understand our value proposition.
How would you explain the IT channel to a stranger without boring them to death?
Vultures fighting over a margin carcass.
Aside from the channel, my dream career would be... something in sport. Probably commentating on Test cricket or golf.
What major issues will the channel face in 2015?
Continued disintermediation for outfits that do not offer true value, and blood on the streets when Lenovo gets its act together in the server war.
