Indirect sales director, HP Enterprise

What achievement are you most proud of?

Being a dad to two stunning, bright kids. I do question if they're mine!

What has been the biggest change in the channel since you started working in it?

The speed of change. A few years ago it was same old, same old; now, it's accelerated speed, competition and the need to keep up.

What three things could you not live without?

My road bike, my love my fitness, and Spotify! And Sky Sports.

What has been your most embarrassing moment so far?

Being caught by my team in my dressing gown while doing a forecast call; I hit the video button by mistake and they all saw me!

What do your family think you do all day?

Make and receive phone calls.

Who is your ultimate celeb crush?

Kate Hudson.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Reading a copy of The Sun on the train on the way to work before swapping it for a broadsheet to make me look more sophisticated at the office.

What would be your first act if you were made Prime Minister?

A four-day weekend. Has 2015 been a good, bad or ugly year? Good. I managed to work silly hours, do well and not get divorced (again).

If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would you do?

Own a restaurant.

What major issues will the channel face in 2016?

Staying relevant in a changing market.
