Has 2015 been a good, bad or ugly year?
Brilliant. Servium is continuing to grow. We have taken some great people on and our customers are happy.
If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would you do?
London Underground train driver - great pay, short working week, extra days off for strikes and a free Travelcard.
What major issues will the channel face in 2016?
Major vendor mergers/splits and dealing with the fallout; cutting through the hype of the cloud and turning it into real value for end-users; and IT security and keeping customers' data safe.
