Oracle Public Cloud.
What has been the biggest change in the channel since you started working in it?
Public cloud.
What three things could you not live without?
1. Oracle Public Cloud - it is the gift that keeps on giving. 2. Partners - they are the cloud market change agents for Oracle. 3. The Oracle On Premise to Cloud ROI Tool - it makes me happy every time I see a partner or customer's reaction to its output.
What has been your most embarrassing moment so far?
When a partner said that the Oracle Cloud was not a strategy for them...
What do your family think you do all day?
Drink tea and coffee and talk about the weather and clouds.
Who is your ultimate celeb crush?
Miss Cloud of Final Fantasy VII.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Reading my favourite book: Management Strategies for the Cloud Revolution : How Cloud Computing Is Transforming Business and Why You Can't Afford to Be Left Behind. What would be your first act if you were made Prime Minister? Move all private and public sector customers to the Oracle Cloud.
Has 2015 been a good, bad or ugly year?
Good. The pace of adoption of the Oracle Cloud is stratospheric.
If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would you do?
Drink coffee and talk about the weather and clouds.
What major issues will the channel face in 2016?
Taking customers on the journey to the cloud.
