Skills shortage of new starters. What three things could you not live without?
My mobile phone, photos of family and family holiday time.

Any time I need to provide a photo of myself!

Boss people around.

Hong Kong Phooey. OK, Richard Gere.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Holidays, allow me to (hopefully) escape and recharge my batteries.
What would be your first act if you were made Prime Minister?
Putting the unemployed to work for the benefit of the community.
Has 2015 been a good, bad or ugly year?
Good but very tough year. In 2015 I have welcomed many new customers and introduced new services to LDD Group but budgets are very tight.
If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would you do?
Restaurateur to combine my creativity and love of food.
What major issues will the channel face in 2016?
Still more consolidation of distributors and vendors. And justification of school ICT spend.
