What achievement are you most proud of?

Getting Grey Matter in the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 three times in a row.

What has been the biggest change in the channel since you started working in it?

The move to a subscription-based selling model.

What three things could you not live without?

1. My flat by the sea as I love the coastline. 2. My cars as they are my babies. 3. Wi-Fi in hotels so I can keep on top of work when travelling.

What has been your most embarrassing moment so far?

In work? None. Outside work? It's too embarrassing!

What do your family think you do all day?

They see me enjoying my job.

Who is your ultimate celeb crush?

Still Julia Roberts.

What is your guilty pleasure?
Cars.

What would be your first act if you were made Prime Minister?

Cut even more red tape for businesses.

Has 2015 been a good, bad or ugly year?

Good year - turnover is up, profit percentage is up by more than turnover, we continued to invest in training and growing our key publisher relationships.

If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would you do?

Be a rubbish classic car dealer, as I'd find it difficult to sell the nicer cars.

What major issues will the channel face in 2016?

Changing their business model to match publisher aspirations for great partners.
