What achievement are you most proud of?

Helping grow TMCS to be one of the best MSPs in the UK.

What has been the biggest change in the channel since you started working in it?

The shift the channel - particularly distribution - is having to make to address the delivery of cloud-based products/services. It's a threat to the traditional reseller.

What three things could you not live without?

1. Good holidays with the family - the pace of work needs that break to recharge and keep me motivated. 2. The ability to participate in sporting activities - it keeps the body going. 3. A challenging environment - it keeps the mind active and alive.

What has been your most embarrassing moment so far?

Ah ha. You are not having that one!

What do your family think you do all day?

Work hard and annoy people!

Who is your ultimate celeb crush?

Samantha Barks - look her up, she is just the most amazing, nutty, musical theatre diva! What is your guilty pleasure? Eating my wife's chocolates!

What would be your first act if you were made Prime Minister?

Sort out the nonsense that is going on in the NHS - the wasted money is criminal.

Has 2015 been a good, bad or ugly year?

Beautiful! Business is going well, the family are thriving and we are heading to Sri Lanka for Christmas.

If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would you do?

I'd do some consultancy with growing IT companies and help some charities.

What major issues will the channel face in 2016?

Recruiting the right type of people.
