The emergence of new partnerships and alliances to deliver secure mobile appliances to fulfil the demands of a 24x7 customer.
What three things could you not live without?
Fun at work - we all work for long hours and it is good to enjoy the ride; sport - provides a good physical and mental release at the end of the working day; a £5 more than my family spend for my last beer.
What has been your most embarrassing moment so far?
Forgetting my hotel on a boy's boozy ski trip and sleeping in the hotel reception next door.

Have long and sometimes boozy meetings.

Chocolate and more chocolate.

Encourage more people to become entrepreneurs and reduce the taxes on new ideas.

It has been an interesting year because there is less emphasis on value and more on price.
