Managing director, e92plus

What achievement are you most proud of?

Founding e92plus and growing it into one of the leading VADs in the channel.

What has been the biggest change in the channel since you started working in it?

Finally there seems to be a better gender balance as more women are joining the tech world, but there's still a long way to go.

What three things could you not live without?

Smartphone, smart car and smart suit - my iPhone runs my life, my car gets me where I need to be and the suit makes it all look good!

What has been your most embarrassing moment so far? Running out of petrol on the A3, and needing help to get a can and manually top it up, while causing a huge tailback.

What do your family think you do all day?

Fix computers - the easy answer until they actually want me to troubleshoot for them.

Who is your ultimate celeb crush?

Gwyneth Paltrow - the perfect partner for Iron Man.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Season tickets at Chelsea are a pleasure, at least when we're winning!

What would be your first act if you were made Prime Minister?

To implement the living wage as a legal minimum, enabling everyone to have a fair standard of living.

Has 2015 been a good, bad or ugly year?

It's been a good year with some very exciting new initiatives and partnerships, but the supply not meeting the demand for technical staff is bad - nothing ugly this year, fortunately!

If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would you do?

Investment banker, not nearly as exciting as IT. What major issues will the channel face in 2016? The usual challenges of consolidation and declining margins will continue, but the need to effectively protect customers from ever-increasing cyber attacks will be crucial.
