What achievement are you most proud of?

There is no one achievement - distribution is a journey of continuous challenges and I'll be as proud of the next as I was the last.

What has been the biggest change in the channel since you started working in it?

That was a long time ago and almost everything has changed, but the rate of change has been accelerated by the internet which delivered true connectivity.
What three things could you not live without? Fast cars, gin and tonic and my running shoes.

What has been your most embarrassing moment so far?

I believe that great preparation reduces embarrassing moments.

What do your family think you do all day?

My daughter used to say that I walk around talking to people all day - I guess she was spot on.

Who is your ultimate celeb crush?

Jennifer Aniston.

What is your guilty pleasure?

I wish it was Jennifer Aniston.

What would be your first act if you were made Prime Minister?

Raise the national speed limit.

Has 2015 been a good, bad or ugly year?

I've had a blast.

If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would you do?

I would run a surfing school on a beautiful sandy beach in Africa.

What major issues will the channel face in 2016?

The channel's issue will be keeping up with the rate of change within our industry and the customer's demand for change; this will manifest itself in a shortage of resource, good staff and time.
