Managing director, ACS Office Solutions

What achievement are you most proud of?

Celebrating 20 years in business this March, surviving and having some of our best trading through the recession, and achieving over 20 per cent growth in the first five months of trading this year. All on top of several personal and family achievements. I am still on a journey and am enjoying the challenge!

What has been the biggest change in the channel since you started working in it?

The current speed of change is at the greatest ever with the new ways of working to scale, be more efficient and grow... we just need everyone to get on the bus!

What three things could you not live without?

Golf, tennis and wine... my three passions outside of family and ACS.

What has been your most embarrassing moment so far?

I really could not share...there are too many to mention and normally related to alcohol and my ‘unique' style of dancing!

What do your family think you do all day?

I have two young daughters who think I am always in meetings or on a ‘jolly' with clients. About right!

Who is your ultimate celeb crush?

Caroline Wozniacki. Enough said.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Golf, Hendricks and Rioja with mates.

What would be your first act if you were made Prime Minister?

Lower corporation tax.

Has 2015 been a good, bad or ugly year?

So far so good. After a brutal recession hopefully we can all start to make some decent money again!

If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would you do?

Be a tennis coach in the South of France.

What major issues will the channel face in 2016?

Nothing surprises me anymore but if we do not embrace the speed of ‘change' many partners will be casualties of the modern ways of working.
