What achievement are you most proud of?

Successfully assembling an industry-leading team which loves to win.

What has been the biggest change in the channel since you started working in it?

The movement from product features to business solutions as the sales driver.

What three things could you not live without?

1. My smartphone. I am a networker at my core so being connected to family, friends and business partners is a key enabler for me. It is also for relaxation (reading and movies) and keeping on top of my chores (banking, shopping and so on). 2. My car, for the escape it symbolises - apart from at rush hour. 3. My power shower - surely that needs no explanation?

What has been your most embarrassing moment so far?

A lady never tells... or at least never writes!

What do your family think you do all day? ‘

'Fly around and talk a lot'... at least, that's what my six-year-old nephew told his teacher. It's not far off really!

Who is your ultimate celeb crush?

John Hannah circa 2000... the accent gets me every time.

What is your guilty pleasure?

A good red burgundy... I recommend Domaine Chandon de Briailles Corton-Clos du Roi Grand Cru. Heaven in liquid form!

What would be your first act if you were made Prime Minister?

Resign... I would hate all of that politics.

Has 2015 been a good, bad or ugly year?

Definitely good. We have seen tremendous profitable growth and I have had the pleasure of working with a truly amazing team.

If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would you do?

Buy a vineyard and become a winemaker.

What major issues will the channel face in 2016?

Keeping up with the pace of change, which is no change from last year.
