      Cybercrime has become a huge part of our economy and it is a topic that is getting more and more attention in the news media. The cybercriminal stories making headlines involve big companies such as British Airways and Marriott etc. However, smaller companies are just as susceptible to cyber- attacks. Often these attacks are much more damaging to smaller businesses, sometimes forcing them to shut down completely. One report from Verizon claims that 43% of email attacks target SMBs.

Career history: Nine years at Intel; EMEA channel marketing manager at 3Com; EMEA marketing director at Westcon Distribution.

Measure of influence: Responsible for Intel Security's channel marketing, which in 2015 helped top 50 EMEA partners grow at double the market rate, success which is continuing this year.

Activities to advance women in tech: Part of the WISE (Women in Security) launch group.

What's been your career highlight so far?

Achieving a 4.92 out of 5 for feedback during our latest EMEA Partner Summit in June 2016. The objective of the event was to ensure our partners came on our journey and left excited with ideas and action plans that they could execute within their businesses on returning.
