How significant an issue do you see the lack of women in the UK IT channel?

In 2016 I don't see it as an issue. 21 years ago we were a rare novelty and probably perceived to have to work harder to climb the ladder or put into roles that suited office admin. But my view has always been you get back what you put in, regardless of gender.
