What's been your career highlight so far?

The Productivity Improvement Plan implemented ahead of our partial sale to CDW in November 2014. The programme led to an initial £6m pa increase in EBITDA value, which continued to grow during the period between Nov 2014 and August 2015, when the final step of the sale was completed.
