How significant an issue do you see the lack of women in the UK IT channel?
I'm a firm believer in building a true meritocracy where we push each other to be the best irrespective of gender or creed. This is only possible if we address sensitive issues like the gender pay gap; lack of diversity and the lack of feminine energy in IT.
