What are the key business benefits of having a diverse workforce in general? For me, I strongly believe that having a diverse workforce, reflects the world around us today. Thanks to technology the world is smaller today than it was 20 years ago, and it's every company's responsibility to be inclusive. It enables organisations teams to develop solutions and services that meet the needs of an entire market as opposed to just a portion of it.
