What is your greatest career move to date?

Joining Microsoft UK in 1988.

What is top of your bucket list?

Lots, but one is driving my old Aston Martin along the Promenade des Anglais.

What has changed most since you started working in the channel?

It's less about giving a price and more about exploring and selling a solution.

How do you think Brexit is going to affect the channel?

All change is opportunity.

What is your least favourite task during the working day? Reviewing contracts.

If you were an animal, what would you be?

I have no idea.

If you won the big one on EuroMillions, what would you do?

I enjoy what I do now.

What is your worst habit?

Sniffing.

How has 2016 been for you?

It has been a year of investment - refurbished building, new ERP and CRM systems. We're building for the future.

If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would be your dream career?

Selling classic cars.

What major issues will the channel face in 2017?

Surviving the move to an annuity-based business model.
