Which tech figurehead do you admire the most, and why?
Nikola Tesla, the original Elon Musk. Significantly ahead of his time, I am sure he would be making a huge contribution to tech innovation if he was alive today.
What's the biggest challenge facing the industry no-one is talking about yet?
The rate of change in how business is conducted… online, automation and AI. Particularly in sales and marketing these are becoming a major disruptive influence and there are emerging winners and losers; agile companies with a strong clear value proposition will have the advantage.
If you could invite three famous people to dinner from history, who would they be?
Jesus, Chuck Yeager, Sir Edmund Hilary. All inspirational leaders.
How has 2017 been for you?
Really good… we are in strong growth and we have aligned ourselves to the market as we see the needs and opportunities in the coming years.
What's the most extravagant business lunch you've ever had?
Probably on board a super yacht owned by one of Compaq's leaders during the America's cup many many years ago. It was a standout moment.
Which global city best matches your personality?
Definitely London, where I live today. I love its energy and people… best in the world.
What would be your super-hero power?
Time travel… a few tweaks I might make given the chance!

We all work hard in a competitive industry, I admire the companies in our sector that add genuine value as it helps the overall cyber security eco-system of which we are all participants.
What makes you nervous?
Donald Trump… I mean really. Am I allowed to swear at this point!
If you could eat one type of food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Well from the point of view of survival coconuts would seem like a not too bad option.
