Tell us something most people won't know about you
I am frightened of birds.
What has been your highlight of 2018 so far?
Watching my daughter collect her first-class honours.
Who would play you in the film of your life?
Joanna Lumley - can't take myself too seriously!
Which tech firm (other than your own!) do you most admire?
There are too many companies out there that make me go ‘wow' to name just one.
What is your guiltiest pleasure?
Plastic cheese. Yes, the orange plastic slices that you put in burgers that aren't really cheese.
What would be your first act if you were made Prime Minister?
I would make it statute that everyone should have their birthday as a holiday from work.
What's the biggest untapped opportunity facing the channel?
Internet of Things - customer experience solutions that evolve with developing technologies.
What is your most treasured possession?
I don't really treasure possessions like that - my own memories of experiences with people I love are more important than ‘stuff'.
What do your family think you do all day?
Look at my email and work.
Who has been your mentor in business?
Various people ranging from local, female business leaders to professional executive coaches. We need different mentors for different challenges so it would be unfair to single out one.
