This Cisco Gold partner enjoyed a barnstorming year to 31 March 2018, with revenues ballooning by a third and net profits virtually doubling to £2.2m. Having rebranded from Touchbase UC in 2015, the London-based collaboration specialist now boasts offices in Sydney and New York and generated almost £5m of its £40m turnover from outside the UK. It recently developed a chatbot named 'Natbot'.
