It has also just made its first acquisition under new private equity owner Horizon Capital. Accounts for Timico's new holding company, Steeple Topco, were overdue as Top VARs was published, meaning we have had to fall back on old numbers - covering the year to 31 December 2016 - for the purposes of this profile.
