Built through a series of quick-fire acquisitions, this mid-market MSP is now being dismantled just as rapidly under new CEO Ian Smith, who upon his appointment in September declared the firm had been heading for insolvency under the previous management. IDE sold 365 ITMS for £3m in October, leaving it with two remaining businesses in Selection Services and C4L. The fire sale comes after the AIM-listed Cisco partner swung to an ugly £11.2m loss for its year to 31 December 2017.
