This West Sussex-based VAR was on the receiving end of one of the year's biggest acquisitions as it was grabbed by German reseller Cancom for £29m in August. Cancom will use OCSL as its new UK hub. It claimed that the HPE and Microsoft Azure partner generated revenue of "over £70m" in its last full financial year, although the last accounts filed by OCSL on Companies House, covering its year ending 31 March 2017, show a net profit of £1m on revenues that rose nine per cent to £85.9m.
