We are still in the EU, and the patterns of business have been disrupted.

Challenging and rewarding.

What annoys you most about your commute?

The unpredictability of it all.

If you could witness one past event, what would it be?

The fall of the Berlin Wall.

How do you explain the channel to people?

We are the glue between products and real people.

What have been your favourite and least favourite partner conference destinations?

Nice as a favourite, Birmingham as the least.

What is the biggest challenge facing the channel in 2020?

To adapt quickly to embrace the new ways of transacting and providing everything we supply.
