What has been your business highlight of 2022?

Promoting my long-suffering direct reports to director status.

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

An aptitude test in order to vote.

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

Loads of the reseller leaders. There are a core bunch that act as great advisors and sounding boards for me. They have the toughest challenge and I really enjoy their opinions.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"Talks too much."

What was your first job?

A chef, aka flipping burgers in a van at festivals.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

Marcus Rashford with my sons. It's a fantastic self-believe book for kids.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

"Some want it to happen. Some wish it would happen. Others make it happen." Michael Jordan!

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

Sadly, Gordon Ramsay.
