No lockdowns!

Environmental sustainability has to be factored into all key governmental decisions.

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

Greg Jackson of Octopus Energy - he has an amazing focus on the customer experience. Despite all the industry challenges, they are still using technology to disrupt and differentiate.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"Can be overly competitive."

What was your first job?

Stacking shelves in a supermarket.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

Tim Peake's autobiography - it was very detailed but he has taken an amazing career path.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

Leadership is about serving others and the wider business first before yourself.

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

Bradley Cooper. He's a similar height and can act and sing - neither of which I can do!
