What has been your business highlight of 2022?

Starting a degree and getting back in the office properly with the team following the pandemic.

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

Education, including university, would be free, and the state would pay learners a minimum wage while they study.

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

Tim Cook, CEO of Apple. He had big shoes to fill taking over from Steve Jobs, but in 2022 he got the company to be the world's first $3trn company.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"Caution: will not operate without caffeine."

What was your first job?

A florist.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

Lies of the Fae by MJ Lawrie, and yes, it was excellent. She is one of my favourite authors, and I have read all her books.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

That no matter how much good advice you give to some people, they will still make poor decisions.

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

Drew Barrymore or Rebel Wilson.
