What has been your business highlight of 2022?

Setting up OryxAlign (Ireland) and expanding our services into Europe. Followed by achieving our numbers (always a highlight), and our annual achievement and recognition awards event this year - so much great talent and achievement to celebrate.

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

Ban all plastic packaging on as many consumer goods as possible, especially fruit and vegetables. Planet and oceans first!

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

Satya Nadella is doing wonders at Microsoft in terms of shifting mindsets and cultures to be more focussed on people, learning, development and collaboration.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"Don't keep me waiting, don't overcook my steak, don't deliver me below par service."

What was your first job?

Trainee manager at a national FMCG goods wholesaler.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

The Fish Rots From The Head. Not the most exciting, but well worth the read.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

It's all about the journey; make sure you enjoy it - and keep moving forward.

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

Tom Hardy, but if he's busy, Al Pacino would be a good sub.
