Return to hosting customer events and round tables in person, the channel at its best!

Three-day week, abolish Teams calls and if you've nothing nice or positive to say, stay quiet please!

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

All of those that have managed to keep going during what has been a challenging time for the channel.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"Warning - this is what too many vanilla lattes can do to you!"

What was your first job?

Sales assistant sound and vision department at Boots as a 16-year old.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

Commando Dad - let's wait and see.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

Be authentic and do it your way.

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

Michael Caine - due to his humble beginnings and taking a series of working-class jobs before he achieved success, he recognises how resilient you need to be to achieve your goals in life. Also, the film would be called The Inventory Job in true Italian Job style where a warehouse full of inventory is blown up instead of the vehicle in the original film. I then get to share the famous one liner - "You're only supposed to blow the bloody doors off!"
