What has been your business highlight of 2022?

The launch of our new website and webstore - CMS-Store!

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

I would introduce a law that stop political parties from changing PMs mid-term without having a general election.

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

Frank Wang, CEO of DJI. They have done a fantastic job developing and innovating new products and creating a new tech sector.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"Work hard, play hard and be happy."

What was your first job?

My first full-time job was a cost accountant. I learnt lots about how not to run a successful business.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

Calling The Shots by David Dein. Yes, it was a good insight to how football works and lots of insights to Arsenal.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

Success; there is no short cut - and it can only be achieved through people.

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

Maybe Colin Farrell.
