What has been your business highlight of 2022?

Starting my new role at Lenovo has given me the opportunity to develop my skills, experiences and meet many new faces within our great industry.

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

Bring some legislation/controls into effect for e-scooters. Great innovation, no boundaries. Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

I will say the whole UK&I channel (diplomatic, I know).

One year on from the end of an unprecedented period of market change, it has just been great to get back to what we all enjoy the most.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"Warning: take in small doses!"

What was your first job?

A landscape gardener's assistant during my school holidays.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

The First 90 Days (thanks, Graeme Watt!) - a great book for starting a new role.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

Authenticity. Be You. You are never above anyone. Always alongside them.

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

Well, my favourite actor of all time is Harrison Ford so it has to be him just because of that.
