What has been your business highlight of 2022?

Getting back to face-to-face meetings! I've enjoyed working from home but nothing beats getting back together and seeing each other!

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

I'd ban the ‘CC' button on email… If you are not writing it to me or you don't expect me to answer, don't expect me to read it… Too much time is spent writing/reading stupid emails that are totally irrelevant and unnecessary. I'd ban them…

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

I get to meet so many amazing leaders in my job - partners, disties, vendors, consultants… I can't pick one… There's a few that have annoyed me though! Can I name them?!

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"Don't CC her on emails - it makes her mad."

What was your first job?

Working for a van-hire company.

What was the last book you read?

Red Notice by Bill Browder.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

Paul Cook: "When it comes to people decisions, be quick and be kind."

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

It would have to be an Avatar!
