What has been your business highlight of 2022?

Holding our annual Kick Off event at the ICC Wales for the first time for three years. What a blast!

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

Astronomic fines for anyone dumping rubbish or dropping litter. A pet hate!

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

Neil Murphy - has done a really nice job since Bytes hit the FTSE.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"Can be very impatient - handle with care."

What was your first job?

Bar job in Cornwall.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

Orphan X by Gregg Hurwitz - 6.5/10.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

Always take the most respected interpretation - it won't always be the right one but this approach will help you enormously in your personal and business lives.

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

Michael Caine.
