What has been your business highlight of 2022?

Coming out of the pandemic and increasing our revenue by 50 per cent in the process.

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

I would make it illegal to sell/promote anything ‘Christmas-ey' before 1st December.

Anne-Marie Imafidon.

Rebel Ideas by Matthew Syed. Yes, excellent.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

Never respond to an email when angry or upset. Wait a while and your response will be completely different.

Gary Oldman (he can do justice to anyone).
