What has been your business highlight of 2022?
To be honest, it's been hard work in 2022, and not any highlights that shout out to me.

Free school meals for all children.
Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?
Elon Musk. The bloke just has no boundaries in terms of how he thinks and see the world. Don't get me wrong, he seems to be very able to be a bit of a d**k as well.

"Boring old fart - approach with care."

Farm labourer - long story.
What was the last book you read, and was it any good?
Dummies Guide to Economics by Kwasi Kwarteng, foreword by Liz Truss.
What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?
Treat people as you want to be treated by them.
Who would play you in a movie of your life?
Harry Styles - I hear he is happy to appear in any old film at the moment.
