Sheffield-HQ Banner Group jumps four places in this year's ranking, with a revenue increase of 10.1 per cent to £171.5m.

The reseller cited increased demand for business supplies amidst the lifting of Covid restrictions, as well as the return to the office as driving factors behind its growth. This set of figures also reflects the incorporation of acquiree Staples Online from June 2022 onwards, contributing turnover of £4.9m.

Unprecedented levels of inflation throughout the period had a material impact on profitability, Banner said.
