The post-pandemic slowdown continued for this London-HQ laptop, desktop, Chromebook and audiovisual etailer, as revenue contracted 7.8 per cent in its year to 30 September 2022.

Gross profit margin also narrowed to 9.7 per cent, indicating that the pandemic-fuelled 65 per cent revenue spike of 2020 was well and truly behind it.

The HP, Lenovo and Dell partner cited price drops due to market over-supply as a key factor in its revenue contraction, but its strategy remains focused on continued investment in internal procedures and strong customer relationships.
