What was your first day in your current role like?

It was a little chaotic. Netskope didn't have a consistently deployed channel strategy in the region at the time (we do now!) and some people, including some on my own team, were caught 'off guard' by my arrival. It resulted in some entertaining conversations on my first day.

Who was the most influential figure in your career?

While I've been fortunate to work with many inspiring individuals, Christian Hentschel, who hired me for my first channel VP role, stands out. He was a focused, demanding, analytical but very fair leader, with a phenomenal ability to recall facts, dates, and events. I learned a great deal from him.
