What has been your personal highlight of 2025?

SO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM! But International Women's Day was epic. Hosted in the HP Customer Welcome Centre, 80+ guests from across our Channel, amazing men and women speakers, huge feeling of possibility and optimism.

Which tech figurehead has impressed you the most this year, and why?

Ethan Mollick. I am inhaling everything that he is publishing and podcasting on AI.

What was your first job in the channel?

This one at HP! I come from a background in sustainability for agriculture and utilities and this world of collaborative business has been new, and fantastic to embrace.

What’s your personal sustainability commitment for 2026?

To make pre-owned the default for all purchases where it is a possibility.

What’s one hidden talent or skill your colleagues wouldn’t suspect you have?

Knitting. Absolutely amazing way to clear your head, better than yoga.

What’s your advice for new graduates/apprentices in the channel, in three words?

Raise your hand

What was your first day in your current role like?

Warm, welcoming and utterly confusing!

Who has been the most influential figure in your career so far?

I have benefited from some really exceptional managers. I am also an absolute sponge for learning from others and maybe it is the digital age that we are living in but in HP I find that very senior people are more visible and accessible than ever and these are the people to learn from!
